Flügel Properties is a small property management organization based in Madison, Wisconsin.

Albion House.  The Albion House is a quiet country home, completely gutted and rebuilt in 2004.  Albion House is across from corn fields and 17 minutes south of Madison by freeway. It has four bedrooms, two baths, cathedral ceilings in the living room, kitchen cabinetry by Ikea, stainless steel appliances, and a four-season porch off the kitchen for drinking coffee in the morning. It sits on a little over a half acre. There is a barn out back which serves as a two-car garage. The left door has a remote opener.

6325 & 6327 Alison Lane.  Alison Lane is a ranch-style duplex built in 1963.  A four-car garage was built in the fall of 2000, of which each side gets two private stalls.  Both units have 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the main floor, and 6327 Alison features a partially finished basement and second bath.

221 North Blair Street.  The Blair Street unit is a Victorian two-flat, up and down.  The entire building was gutted and rebuilt in late winter 2003, including complete replacement of the plumbing, sewer and much electrical.  Location, location: 221 Blair is a block from James Madison Park and Lake Mendota, a 5 minute walk to the capitol, a 10 minute walk to State Street, and a 15-minute bus ride to the UW Hospitals and Clinics.
